The fall Jr. Knights Lacrosse program will focus on skills improvement and fundamentals.

The program will be broken up into two programs, an Elementary school aged program aimed at teaching fundamentals of the game and improving individual skills such as scooping, passing, shooting, and dodging. A middle school program will focus on the same skills, and will be geared towards a "sixes" lacrosse program combined with schools from around the area. Sixes will provide a fast-paced lacrosse game played on a shorter field similar in style to box lacrosse. This program will emphasize teamwork, quick decisions, and ball movement.
